The GATECH CCSM is Easy, Simple and Effective !

The right system selection. Powder coating technology is becoming increasingly complex, the requirements set for individual systems and equipment precisely matched to the coating task increase, and flexibility and extensibility are in demand. The new GATECH CCSM control system is Software which can control up to 200 High End I or II control units, running on a standard computer. Furthermore the CCSM can monitor and manage the reciprocator speed and stroke, the GATECH LED CCM (LED Curtain Control Module) on the entrance of the Powder booth, the Line Speed, and the oven if needed. The communication between the units and modules is done by a CAN-BUS. I addition the software is able, according to the information from the LED-Curtain and Line Speed etc., to switch on and off guns, alter the reciprocator speed, regulate the powder quantity etc.
