For High End Coating Lines (semi or fully automatic lines) the GATECH HEC II (High End Controller II) is used. The HEC II can store up to 10 different settings. If needed these controllers can be remote controlled by a PC through a CAN-BUS. All the parameters are displayed on the graphical display. Furthermore the units have a automatic cleaning I and automatic cleaning II for automatic or for manual dispenser. Instead a using a common injector as  the Economy Line or the Intermediate line the High End Line uses a special powder pump. Additionally the Manual Dispenser as well as the Automatic Dispenser has been modified  in such a way to match perfectly the new powder pump. This equipment is used for a very, very high quality coating. Furthermore the fresh powder and the recovered powder must be sieved very well (ultrasonic sieving required) to obtain the required high quality. Please Call for this units.
